Na segunda carta 3 págs.datada de 13/04/1943,Agostinho Silva ,escreve ao Director do jornal Diario do Minho,na qual pede a publicaçaõ integral dos seus artigos em precedencia publicados parcialmente e nela esclarece o seu despedimento da funçaõ pública,enquanto professor da sua cátedra.
